I dismantle and chuck in the bucket of soapy water I used to get the rim seated and check for leaks. After a few days I empty the bucket and let the syringe dry out.
Lazy as fuck but clean.

It becomes a disgusting rubbery coat, may as well clog the siringe. Rinse all when you finish, same for any stuff that drips over the wheel

I might return that Stan's Syringe for leaking.
Regarding syringes - should they be washed out or what? Does the latex stuff harden over time if left alone?
