K & C is very car driven. Boris gave them a consultation re the Western Congestion charge zone. They voted against it and Boris ( against his better wishes ) rescinded the Western Congestion charge zone.
Must say I was moved by the tributes to the lady rider in The Standard. I often pass the location of the collision.
This just should not be happening.
