I think I've seen that account and it seems like they restore bikes as well but this one seems to be a replica, look at the cutouts in the trackends for example, I've never seen those on a laser or the seatpost clamp.

I meant that the stem should be slammed down for an utmost pleasing slave look. :) But it's rad anyways. And that salmon is just so bloody good.

More than slamming it seems to need a 150mm stem, that's a very short reach for such a massive drop saddle-bars and considering the saddle position in regard of the BB.
