I'm looking for recommendations for a camera that may not exist within my price range. I'm after a digital compact. Probably 500 quid or less, small and pocketable is a must. With either a fixed prime or if interchangeable, a decent small prime. Also must have either a viewfinder or hot shoe for an EVF because I'm not fucking using live view.
I think you'll probably struggle to get truly pocketable, but the below are all fairly small. Buying second you should be able to get a zoom and a pancake prime with the body for < £500

Sony NEX-6/A6000 series
