I think it's '89. @PhilDAS take the chance, they are great framesets. I just paid more than this for a pair of those forks on eBay to go on my '88 AA.

Yeah gotcha. I’d give it a go if the frame was free or next to free. Not bothered about headset or fork. But whilst I appreciate its good value, it will cost me at least £100 for a new seat tube without paint if I couldn’t do it myself. And I’m not able to do that right now
