Remind me how shipping to Oz works again? If the shop can't do it, just send me an alternative paypal invoice.
Order via the shop, and for the very few international orders that I do I just subsidise the additional postage from my own pocket or the forum coffers (whichever was simplest for me at the time).
I don't try and precisely figure out the international postage and charge for it in advance, and there's only ever one or two orders like this so I just go for the simplicity.
