Anyone used those cheap lifeline sprockets? Will they kill me?

I’ve used on the road and track. Hasn’t killed me. I’m not very strong and don’t skid

Got a lifeline sprocket and lockring recently, can't vouch for its longevity but it's stood up to some mistreatment so far and can't see any reason why it won't continue that way.
