Depending on tyre choice and pressure.
In 5 years of working at Glasgow velodrome, I've measured one bike, which I really didn't need to since the pedals were almost hitting the track on the straights (some kind of Isaac convertible tt frame that was sold wit a couple different sets of dropouts but that was horrendously unsuitable for the track).
TLDR: don't take the piss and you'll be fine.
