I went to a cinema near LAX after missing a flight where I had a 500g steak and a mountain of shrimp while watching a film. Service to your seat, and a little lamp so you can see what you're eating, but it wasn't pretentious at all, merely aimed at the average American who can't go more than 30 minutes without eating a meal.
