Well, quite. Deckard shoots two women, one in the back, and forces himself on a reluctant replicant. With what he thinks is his dying breath he gobs on Roy. Everything he does has a base motive. Roy's the hero.
It felt to me like it was this written by a 16 year old male.
yep, all the way back to some foxy alien lady saying to Kirk: "Tell me more about this...kissing!"
I thought BR2049 was amazing in the same way the original was amazing; totally believable universe, amazing scenes and camera work, great tunes, bonkers but compelling plot. 9/10 loses the 1 due to the awkward scene @JWestland references above that was at least sixty seconds too long
