Headphones are a major problem. Like in the the last Euros when Hodgson took a lot of guff for waiting until the 87th minute to get Rashford on the pitch. He'd actually been shouting at him for 20 minutes but young Marcus couldn't hear him because of the grimey music. And also social media.
