In other news: I found a starfish in better condition which is nice cause the one I had was more suitable for a beater bike.
The Mavic Bars I found on here are really nice but the base bar is a bit wide (42c-c/ 44 from side to side) for my taste so if anybody has a narrower one and is interested in a swap, please let me know!
And I'm still negotiating and weighing my options for stems.
