Claud Butler Tourer Frame, probably late 90's. Reynolds Cro-Mo Tubing (lots of eyelets). New bottom bracket (<20 miles) and Genesis cranks with 42T chainring included. Headset also included which feels fine but I don't really have any detail on provenance or age!
Decals have been replaced pretty crudely as there's still a reasonable amount of residue from the previous CB decals. Paintwork itself is in really good nick.

Located in E4 (Chingford) which is a 25 minute train ride from Liverpool St (through Bethnal Green, Hackney, Clapton, Walthamstow).
