Ouch! can feel you, still you are quicker than last year.
I realised there's one overlooked aspect of hill climb; tyres pressure, what do you run your at?
I got mine at 35psi on the 25mm tyres, seemed to provided just the right amount of grip without slipping/skipping.
35 on 25mm?? That's a puncture, I'm pretty sure...
