I haven't done a group ride to a pub in so long I've forgotten what I need. A lock? I have to bring a bag? I guess so.

Sorry, all, I'm running a little late. Hope to get there by 10 but may be a few minutes.

Sorry all.
Not going to make it.
I've been off work a few days this week due to illness and don't feel like I'm up to the ride today.
Have a great time.

That was so enjoyable, thanks, all. Lovely to see Murtle. T4 was missed! Glad you all liked Old Holbrook so much. I suggest that next time we head straight to the Malt Shovel. (Obviously, we actually came in past it.) Anyway, I thought the distance was just right for this ride.
Annoying bike problems at the start--I'd wanted to take the Fuji and prepped it (put a bottle cage on etc.). I also wanted to take the opportunity to try a new saddle rather than leaving my rather ruined London saddle on. I noticed that the other saddle is much lower and that I'd have to raise the seatpost, but I thought I'd just get riding and then adjust it on the go. What I cleverly hadn't anticipated was that the seatpost was stuck, so I went back home and got the other bike. Sorry for the squeaking chain, I forgot to oil it in the rush.

That was a lovely ride, and really good to see you again murtle. I want videos of your dog running :)

Late to the party but sorry I missed it, I live in Horsham so could have just wheeled the bike round without having to worry about getting it in to a ridable state.

Come on the next one, then! Train to Clapham Junction, short ride to the Coach and Horses. :)
(Disclaimer: A next one hasn't been plotted yet but I'm up for it.)

Sounds like a plan, if all else fails I'll walk round the corner to the pub.

Next edition:
Cheers, J. I've written it on my route sheet.
Weather looks good for tomorrow.
We'll be there at 6:15, ah, no, wrong drinks. Maybe just a wee bit earlier. :)
