Fair do's. I use the 110bcd rings from SRAM. 38 off road loaded and 46 for anything on tarmac.
FD or just manually swap rings? Im just lazy and dont mind the aesthetics. Will probably try ram a 40t sprocket into the 10 speed gx mech as well for max low gear
