I'm a bit disappointed with mine (plastic clip on variety). They look great and length is pretty good by clip on standards but they're been a right pain to fit. First off, I had to file out the front brake mount, as it was riding low, so that it wouldn't clear 22mm tyres (not exactly wide...). It's still a super tight fit.

Secondly the rear brake mount doesn't seem to fit the guard- I had to bend the legs out to avoid piercing the tyre, although now it provides minimal security to hold the thing in place... As above, the clearance is so tight you couldn't bend the legs under. Finally one of the plastic mounts won't grip the stay (seems loose). Hopefully pressure keeps it in place, will glue it at some point.

Such a shame, as they look amazing. Hopefully they don't rub on the road and so they can avoid a trip to the spares bin.

Higher hopes for the alu mount ones, but that would mean acquiring a bike with eyelets or braving p-clips...
