Open to complete build or just frame and forks.
I have a Vicini that am looking to either sell or use the parts to build around an Alan frame and then later sell the Vicini frame on it's own. See Vicini attached.
Vicini cost me £950 after putting on a different set of rims and clinchers so I guess that is around my budget.
