I think you mean he doesn't pull any punches? (To pull a punch means to soften the blow on the recipient).
You can see why Slipstream don't win many races, if they are doing petty things like that all the time. (You can argue the EPO era ended in 2007/08 with the advent of the biological passport, Andy Schleck won the Tour in 2010, so it's bullshit anyway).

What’s your theory behind Schlecks rapid decline then? I always assumed he was on the sauce and once he stopped he wasn’t at all competitive.
