It's an all-road bike. That wafer-thin space between a road bike and a gravel bike. I quite fancy one myself.

Exactly, it's pretty much perfect for Colorado and it's extensive dirt-road network, for example. Although it now looks like I should make something for California.

If you head out early enough you tend to avoid the showers in May/June, the rest of the time tends to be very dry in my experience.

Anyway, I suspect I'll be going to California in future (sadly).
