Modern conveniences :) looking less of a dogs dinner is one, but the transition from Mamil Sportive machine to DoItAll graveler / adventure biek, and all that’s required to be that, is probably a bit more important.

I'd want it resprayed.

But that's a good point about the tyre clearance issue.
