Well yes that, going to worse, has happened to two people I know. So I'd say @scherrit because I never heard it happen with him. Simples.

Would do but have already spent a tonne on bike fits in the past 2 years. Had one done back in June, after a weeks riding I had a small achilles tear in my "new improved position" so I don't feel like spending more money on them atm
