    Two things are necessary for your belief to hold out, both are present on Earth and neither on the moon.

    You will need:

    • A thick air atmosphere (to lift the dust and swirl it over the legs on landing)
    • Moisture in the atmosphere (to act as an adhesive and stick the dust to the legs)

    You have neither.

    If anything, the evidence you present against it being real validates it further.
