    Android 2.3.3 (GINGERBREAD) can't connect to server, dunno if its the hardware or firmware.

  • OK, so this is a known issue.

    Non-forward-secret ciphers are currently broken in our implementation of TLS for the experiment I'm running.

    The experiment is that the TLS private key for the SSL connection is stored only within the EU and yet we're able to serve SSL sessions globally using a technology called Keyless SSL.

    The experiment goal is to make LFGSS one of the most secure websites on the web by not even having a copy of the private key outside of Europe.

    Unfortunately there is a bug with really old browsers, and your Android has one of these.

    This is being worked on, such that the non-forward-secret ciphers gets a fix and this should bring those older browsers back onboard.
