• Waits for weight weenie mod of di2 shifters on apple watch

  • This is too true

  • I put my water bottles in my pockets when sprinting as it takes the weight off the frame and I'm too tight to throw bottles away.

  • Silca's FAQ section came in handy...

WHAT SIZE IMPERO ULTIMATE FRAME PUMP DO I NEED IF THE MEASUREMENT IS
RIGHT ON THE LINE BETWEEN TWO SIZES? If your measurement is right on
the line between sizes, we suggest that you go with the larger size.
For example, if your measurement is 50 cm, in between a medium and
large, we would suggest you get the size large. Keep in mind that the
minimum measurements are the most the pumps will compress so for this
example the large pump will not fix a frame with an inside measurement
of anything less than 50 cm.

  • My head is hurting trying to figure this out but I think...
    ...it makes fuck all difference

  • Are you getting that hand-made too?

  • Coz your arms are too weak to hold them still, right?

    BEEFCAKE!!!!

  • You realise this has to be painted to match the frame?

  • You realise this has to be painted to match the frame?

If @coldharbour or Caren will entertain the idea I might consider it.

  • Not sure if I posted any photos with the water cut head tube badges. Very impressed with the resolution on these.

  • I think that we will be sending them out as and when they are done, so it will be a stream of bikes leaving rather than all in one go.

Good way to avoid any annoying courier fuck-up delays too. Non-regular heavyweight/oversize collection requests seem to cause a real problem for lots of carriers.

  • He can’t sprint

  • You didn't see me go for the beer prime at track league earlier this year. Dominated that sprint.

  • I didn't see you at track league....

I did see you going backwards on Canonbie and Benson on Tuesday night though, water bottles, frame pump and Garmin stuffed in your back pockets.

  • It's the best. Why buy anything else?

@amey didn't pay anything for it. Cycle2work baby.

  • If he could fit his spare tyre in his back pocket he'd be set!

  • Just spent a disgusting amount of cash on top quality paints from Neil and Neil down in stockwell (if you know you know). This lot will cover the 57's and up, as well as half the next batch.

  • My butler carries the pump.

  • We put Deltron on everything at CCW. I used to think basecoat was basecoat but when we committed to Deltron, all our work went up a level.

    That's the coarse silver right?

You Isen owners are in for a treat.

  • Could a helpful person summarise what flat mount hydro disc brakes / mechanical STIs we can actually buy right now?

    RS685...
    SRAM something
    Campag something
    ?

  • From Shimano:
    Shifters:
    ST-RS685
    ST-RS785 (di2 hydro)
    ST- RS505 (105 mechanical hydro)
    ST-R8020 (Ultegra mechanical hydro)
    ST-R8070 (Ultegra di2 hydro)
    ST-R9120 (Dura Ace mechanical hydro)
    ST-R9170 (Dura Ace di2 hydro)

    Flat Mount Calipers:
BR-RS805 (non-series, prior to new Ultegra and DA)
    BR-RS505 (105)
    BR-R8070 (Ultegra)
    BR-R9170 (Dura Ace)

  • Nice to see the properly sized bikes getting a mention in this thread at last

  • Many thanks - had not realised there are 105 disc bits.

R8020 no stock until end of November though?

  • Tredz say they have stock... Worth a call to check?
