The one I made was out of a piece of steerer with a bit of old inner tube over it to make it grippy. Pop a star nut in and then you can thread the bolt though
Worked very well indeed, can be very light too if you have a bit of carbon steerer to use. If you needed the right angle piece like in your photo you can easily use a small piece of metal, as the nut is threaded you can easily bolt anything on it.
You can use two top caps and some headset spacers too. Pop a bolt though and use some of the spacers from a V brake pad to space it off the eyelet, that works well, but the diameter can be a bit large for some light clamps.
Passport make a few OTP versions though for cheap
Rixen Kaul also makes this which is pretty useful as it has a nice amount of stand off
Also Origin 8 make a knock off Paul Gino for about 1/3rd of the price
Someone made a lil light mount for a rack from bits and pieces recently... can't remember who or how though!
Ended up looking like the problem solvers one... any guidance?
