There seems to be a lot of chaff (white bits) when I grind with the Delonghi Kg79 I replaced my rather simple Bodum grinder with. I don't get this with my rhinowares hand grinder or the Bodum, that served me ok for five years. Is it a fluke of having used a new bean since I've bought it, or is that other owners of this grinder have observed.
Also, to other ownders, should I do the mod, I think a few people on here have, is it worthwhile for V60 brews?
