  • Pork shoulder, small one, boneless.

    I'd like to cook for about 4-8 hours on Sunday. Oven would be good, but our house gets really hot if the oven is on for ages....

    Inspiration welcomed.

  • Smashed that stovetop carnitas on Friday as I had some friends round, it was incredibly easy to cook and everyone really enjoyed it.

    Paid for those ridiculously priced 100% corn flour soft tacos from El Paso and just liberally applied fresh lime and coriander and a dollop of home made guac.

    No pics. Was too busy eating.
