I wonder if that is what happened? Not defending him in anyway but you didn't really see much when he went down. It explains him going postal.

Yeah. That's what happened I'd say.

Then smart arse ped got all gesticulatey and gangster. Pavement cyclist eventually got tired of it and bopped him.

If pavement cyclist hadn't then turned on the woman I'd only have awarded him second biggest twat in that vid.

Seriously? I mean seriously?
I can understand if he was trying to share the pavement, but he appears to shoot down behind the bus stop at relatively high speed considering the pavement was crowded.
Like the three guys had to give him way.

If the knocked out guy was looking for a fight he would have probably punch him in the throat before throwing him on the floor. Understandably so, unless the cyclist was shouting "sorry guys let me through I really have to reach a bathroom, I'm shitting myself"
