Everyone thinks that... it can be true but there are ways you can get exceptional finishes for 'reasonable' prices if you work with the painter.
Go with an idea that can grow and develop so the painters can say "If we alter this bit, it's quicker and therefore cheaper"...
Obviously, if you want your bike to have a thousand colours in and glow in the dark, it's gonna get pricey!
