Yes, I observed the same there... The only other complication in places like Switzerland is the hunting culture, where guns may also be associated with holidays, drinking and boasting...

To paraphrase Chris Rock: we need bullet control. If bullets cost $5000, there would be fewer innocent bystanders. $50,000 worth of bullets in him? He must have done something to deserve it.
Edit: or just watch the YouTube video above

I once took a train from Tel Aviv to Rehovot and was shocked by the crazy number of serious weaponry toted by young men and women alike
They are not personally owned. Will be travelling to/from compulsory national service in armed forces, and taking their officially issued guns with them.

Personally I can't see him wanting to launch a leadership campaign soon, it looks like he wants to be sacked so he can spend a while complaining about how bad the Brexit negotiations are going without being involved in them and tarred by them.
Then further down the line he can launch a leadership campaign whilst saying "All this was nothing to do with me guv"

Are there any other Tories in the running that I've not heard of? They've tried promoting one of their beasts / old guards (May) and there must be an inkling at least that doing the same again with Boris (or Davis, or Hammond etc) wouldn't be a good idea.
Unacquainted as I am with Tory MPs is there a group of younger, untainted MPs somewhere that they can pull out rather than them. Who's in it?

We knew that pollution in London is crap. Potentially prematurely killing thousands a year.
I wear a mask but no helmet. Is my risk analysis correct? -

Younger, untainted is pushing it a bit.
There were suggestions that Priti Patel's speech yesterday was her throwing her hat into the ring but the old guard seems to have the influence.

May literally dying on stage right now

From the Guardian...
Oh dear. Now the ‘f’ on the slogan behind May (BUILDING A COUNTRY THAT WORKS FOR EVERYONE) has fallen off.

I wish I'd been watching that.
I'd better tell Imogen that her school is going to be closed some day between now and Easter.

This is just as good as it gets.

She speaks of an image of modern Britain while things are clearly falling apart.
The new slogan can even be interpreted as meaningful--either May's 'vision' of Britain or everyone.

Checking in with Boris before giving her the P45.

I don't know if it's absolutely perfect timing that it falls off just after 'strength', but it certainly isn't far off, considering that stage sets at least ought to be a bit more stable.

I imagine that video is going to be an absolutely defining image of May's time as PM.

Oliver's ponytail is a wig
Sounds very similar to Switzerland then.
