• I finally got the rear G-One to pop the bead in (ENVE 29er rim) but the front is beyond me, it'll pop in almost all the way round, but then when you deflate to put the sealant in a section of the bead pops out every single time. I'm going to make this someone else problem.

  • Inflate with sealant in. The fluid will help lubricate the bead seating and prevent air loss (or will result in jizzy explosion)

  • or will result in jizzy explosion

I wonder how common a tubeless explosion actually is?

I suppose there's a risk, if you're going ghetto with a slack tyre/rim combination and used a compressor to get it to seal. Then theres potential for the slack to end up in one area and the bead to get over the rim.

With a bead that requires extra pressure to force it onto the rim seat, I can't imagine how enough slack appears, to allow the bead to get over the rim wall.
