Good question, I was using Picasa on Linux as I've not got the patience for GIMP.

Nowadays I do all my edits in VSCO on my phone - even 35mm scans.

Similarly I've started doing my edits (digital raw and film scan jpg) solely on my phone, but using Snapseed. Find it much more intuitive than using Lighroom (either desktop or mobile).

Shame I took out a Lightroom subscription four months back.
