  • Gravestones gathered overlooking the town, very nice.
Also middle pinhole - my favourite kind catching super near and far together. I really should fix mine and use it again.

  • Yeah, I was always looking at fast lenses before for shallow DOF, now starting to appreciate the fun of infinite DOF

  • Where's best for cheap film dev? I quite like having the printouts but my hit rate is pretty poor atm, would I be better off getting developed to disc and then picking a few for larger prints?

  • How long does it normally take them to process and scan? Good prices.

  • I got a Mju II cause I like being late to the party and paying way over the odds for something. Nothing special, literally me just taking some photos, but I like them. First time using an actual camera rather than my phone... really enjoying it.

  • Love that mountain one.

  • I've always had them within two days of them receiving it.

  • Thanks. Colle delle Finestre.

  • Makes me want one more. How much did you get yours for?

  • £125..... I was gonna get one last year when they were £60. Big regret. Can't believe how much they've gone up to...

Was only 125 as it was untested with film - fortunately the gamble paid off and it works. Most of them are like £140-150 I think.

  • u did Torino Nice?

  • Na, that was from Cent Cols last year where I had borrowed a friends. More on jakeb.im

  • is it tarmac on the descending side?

  • Yes. Half tarmac half gravel on the way up. Tarmac on the way down. Well, it’s like 16k tarmac and around 8k gravel. But ya know, big fucking rocky stuff, not actual gravel.

  • Someone here was looking for a scanner, right? I'm flogging my Canoscan 9000F if you are still looking.

  • Shit that is a lot. Looks like such a nice, compact and easy to use camera. Is it pretty small?

  • Yep. I wouldn’t put it in a pocket but easy enough to just carry with a wrist strap or in a jacket pocket. Such a shame that they’re so much. I am happy with it though - my sorry is it breaking obviously - but the way I looked at it was that a £125 digital point and shoot is gonna be no joy to use... this really is.

  • Yes, that's what I'm thinking. Much more fun.

I've just start shooting film again after a 4 year break. Where's good to bulk buy film online?

  • Got 4 ektar 100 on eBay for 22 quid delivered.... cheaper than anywhere else

  • Found a grey wall, it facilitated decent photos...
