just found out they've rolled out a new feature in Destiny 2 in beta to allow clans to guide solo players through the big end game content

quite nicely solves the non-matchmaking aspect will give it a go tonight.
they also just launched faction rallies (pick a side, do events to earn tokens for your side, winning team gets a special reward at the end of the rally). and managed to get a ton of gear from the tokens and some of the daily tasks so got my light level over the 280 threshold now so if i can do some guided raids should end up getting some half decent end-game top tier stuff now.
