Only just saw this post Bruce.
I've been feeling pretty guilty that I stopped checking up on you after a couple of weeks. I kinda knew you weren't ok despite the fact you said you were but there is only so much convincing you can do. Sounds really shit and its awesome to hear you're ok now.
EDIT: My brother in law had a brain injury a year before you and is still recovering. It pains me to think about you going through similar.

I was indeed. Near fatal hit by car has taken a lot longer to recover from than I initially thought would be the case. Was off the bike for nearly two years in the end and didn't feel much like being a pedestrian participant on the forum.
