Horrible. I hope the rider recovers.
Pimlico and Chelsea are absolutely gridlocked. Avoid the area, especially on a bike as there are lots of frustrated / angry drivers sitting in the jams, pulling U turns without looking and hitting top speed until they realise the next side road is also jammed.
