I'm not surprised you're not getting much interest with that description - did the agent list it on a Friday afternoon or something?

They don't get anything if they don't sell it.
They are one of the 'hit the phones' outbound types, not so interested in web traffic. And because its tenanted their tactic was to look for BTL investors on their books.
But yes on the face of it I don't see why they wouldn't put more effort in to it. I don't really get the EA game - why risk spending money on advertising, time putting through people the door, if you are going to do a half arsed job of it and not get paid?
