Thanks Andy, this is what I'm currently filling out the forms to order, then put a wolftooth chainring on my quarqs and convert to tubeless and I'mm away.

Sorry Ed, I missed this earlier, otherwise would've answered your original question.
My standard answer on a first cx bike is to not spend too much, as the bike won't be what holds you back for some time. So get a bike that matches your requirements and floats your boat, then race it and see if you like it or not. If you get the bug, then the second bike can be tailored more to what you think you need. And there will be a second bike if you enjoy racing.
