You could use one of the kcnc thingys attached to one of the mounts.
Personally I would do that thing spotter(?) did using a headset spacer, bolt and headset end cap. Can't find it, but hopefully that makes sense. Or else get creative with a canti hanger
they're usually alu, so should be easy to tap, etc.

If you have a mount under the fork crown, just use a normal light mount, might need some bending but works.
