Thanks to @mmccarthy I spent a fun morning at lmnh Whitechapel today learning about making coffee, cleaning tables and generally helping out(I hope).
I peaked after about 6 espressos in an hour and had to step out for some fresh air.
I made some hopefully passable takeaway drinks but I'm a long way from having any real pouring skills or latte art just yet. My hands need calibration and a lot of practice.
Great fun.
