Hmm... no one complaining about this 'life ban' but heaven forbid a doper or motordoper lose their racing rights...

The issue with life bans is the same as the death penalty.

I do despise dopers, but it's not as simple as to wave a brush.

It is. Riders are still innocent until proven guilty. If they're guilty, ta ta! don't let the door hit your arse on the way out.
