Well the assumption is in the case of motor-doping it can't just been the lone cheat, a number of people have to be complicit.

If they can be named and they're involved ban them. If the rider won't name them or there's not enough evidence then like normal they get away with it.

It's not complicated.

There's no "oh it could've been contaminated" argument with a fucking motor on your bicycle.

I'm not disagreeing. If you want to eliminate it you need to rip it out roots and all, so the shady mechanics and teams encouraging/tolerating it happening.
