Sorry, it's been a long week, what do you mean by locally? Most of the files are actually my iphone pics backup, so will they still be on the cloud? I don't really sync my Dropbox to anything else since my last laptop got stolen (not related by the way), which is why I don't see a point in paying for it anymore.

Not Mac related question, but whatever. What will happen when I downgradge my Dropbox? Will all the already there files still be there that I can download? That's what Dropbox says I can no longer upload exceeding the storage limit but whatever was there will still be there. All too good to be true and I don't want to have to pay ransom to release those files.
