Too kind. His tweets mentioned Waterloo area so that narrowed it down hugely. I looked at satellite images on google maps and 3d Apple maps, and it was pretty much the first place I looked -concrete landscaping not too large. Something about the type of benches made me think it was a fairly recent development. I tried to look at estate agents for internal courtyard pics, no luck there, but then tried to work out the name of the whole block. Once I got the name of it, the pic of the boy on the bench came up and I couldn't believe my luck.
