After seeing that initial alignment, I'll bet your subframe is shifted. Looks like compensation for shifted subframe. Before doing the alignment make sure subframe is centered. Edit: whoops see your already out of shop. Measure the horizontal distance the wheels sit in from fenders... Symmetrical?
