My Track Jet.
Probably the last bike I had that I actually took care of the finish on.

Wow, very nice! Awesome track frame, love it with those carbon forks and spaceship (?) integrated stem/handlebar. Do you still have it?

Agreed! Will see what I can make of mine on a small budget. Toying with the idea of having the 2001 model repaired, but know alu-TIG repairs are sketchy (even if 7000-series alu is supposed to air harden back to strength).

Thanks.
Sadly no, I sold it a few years ago and I don't think the new owner has even built it up yet!

That's mine. Sadly recently I was break checked and now the fork needs replacing. It's a model from 1998/7 couldn't find a proper catalogue photos to make sure. Lovely, super stuff frame, for its age is very lightweight too.

Really like those 700 frames. Very classic looking! See my first post for a catalog with some 700 frames in it (though later versions).

I've got two - a Rex and a TT2.
Got my eyes on a track frame too. Then I'd just need an MTB for a full house

Crosspost from CP. The bike that started this thread (well, inspired me to start it), is coming along nicely. Still waiting for some parts and experimenting with fit. (Edit: please forgive the not so elegant mudguard gap on the rear -- only way I can stop it from touching the tyre at the apex. Plus, it's winter.)

This was the first of three.
I know there are a few (past) Principia owners on here. The Danish bike brand made some very nice aluminum frames in the late 90s to middle 00s -- many if not all in Denmark up until they went bust sometime in 2006 (?). The brand still exists today, but they now make frames in China or somewhere else.
I've just come into possession of two frames, one 2001 RS6 Pro and one 2005 RS6 Pro (REX Pro with 6 cm sloping toptube geo, if I understand correctly), the former with paper-thin downtube walls and a cracked driveside dropout, the latter a replacement frame (I guess) with slightly thicker tubing and a few items short of completion.
The 2001 models came standard with a Chris King headset, and was available with Tune - Open Pro wheels, or, like mine, Ksyrium SSC clinchers. The 2005 has a Principia-branded headset, and is equipped with the 2001-model 10s Campagnolo Record with the nice carbon cranks.
