also im confused about whether mudguards that I buy could fit/cover both 700c and 650b, and not sure what size i'll get away with on 650b, it may be around 32/35c as @umop3pisdn measured clearance for about 38s on his frameset.

My options for how i use the wheelsets are...

Have 700c bling wheels hopefully carbon for summer (yeah I know they are disc, run nice wheels all year round blah blah blah) 25/28c tyres.

And 650b winter wheels, 32/35c with guards to fit (maybe fit both?)

Or

Get a pair of decentish 700c wheels run 25/28s with guards all year round and have 38s on the 650b rims for some summer gravel fun and occasional touring
(neither are things that I currently do but both are things that I plan on doing more of)
