Max V is getting better at not being pissy in the interviews, I appreciate the frustration he must have, almost certainly a future world champion. Just needs to keep his head down and crack on.
How many of his DNFs were his fault? -

Depends who you ask.

The Magnussen/Massa/Ocon battle was great to watch though.

I almost prefer watching those than whats happening up front.
Hulkenberg has shit luck as well!

Williams are no where and they have a Merc engine -i think they ditched development on that car very early in the season as they realised it was a dog (again!) ..........
i think the fact Aston Martin are looking at F1 means the new engine regs make them very simple (and hopefully loud) engines indeed....

I am liking how the FIA are making their Thursday conference picks based on maximising drama:

Nice one Max.

It's been quite a while since Bottas had a decent race, might prove costly if Ferrari/Red Bull keep up their momentum for next season.

It's great for Ham though, no team mate to split the points with.

Hope we get to see Verstappen v Sainz in top cars soon.

2017 is not really Max’s year is it?
-

Hadn't watched a race from start to finish in years, then I watch Austin 2017.
9/10. Some brilliant driving on display.
Thought the OTT driver introduction thing was actually pretty good fun too.

Imagine the rage and bile-spewing going throughout forums and twatter...

Hartley did well for his first race and very limited seat time.

Verstappen robbed.

• #6346
What are the chances that the points that Sainz brings to Renault over the coming races wins Renault more prize money than it took to cancel Palmer's contract?
-
• #6347
With regard the Verstappen being robbed issue, Mark Webber said it right on live television: "It was a shit decision!"

Ferrari throwing their toys out of the pram (again) over proposed engine plans.
A little unnecessary as all the other manufacturers object also.

I'm sure that article isn't at all ridiculously biased.

Ha, fair point.
He has the worst luck at the moment.
