Bar tape makes you feel lots of things. Those things should be discussed.

I've got alpkit fake jones bars - should i wrap them all over?

On mine, I've got oury grips that I've extended and the rest is wrapped (badly) in tressortex cotton....

yes, currently have grips where your ourys are, then black cloth covering the branding on the front. tempted with all over camo bar tap but I know it will look shit.

Whats the forum approved bar tape? Nothing bright just good old plain black.

Oooo I like choices! I might get one of each and start with the performance and see how i get on wrapping it, first time so cheap think this might be a sensible idea.

So comfy and cheap. Currently trying to resist putting it on the only bike i have left without it.

I like Fizik's Superlight Classic bar tape. Comes in all colours and wraps nice and evenly.

Or the trusty BikeRibbon bar tape. Though it's a little slippery in the wet without gloves.

+1 BikeRibbon, which is on my bike that doesn't get ridden when wet (when I can help it). I had some Fizik on there previously - not sure which, but perforated, classic looking - and the BikeRibbon seems to wrap more smoothly without a bump on the overlap. (And irrelevant here, but the white stuff is cleanable.)

What’s that fizik soft touch super light stuff like? It looks nice and matte and like it would be comfy, without being as bulky as the lifeline stuff

I bought some Planet X Soft Touch Handlebar Tape just to bump up an order to free postage levels. Expected it to be shit, but it's surprisingly good.
